ACE DuraFlo Systems, licensor of a patented ePIPE epoxy relining pipe system, announced Cal Pacific Plumbing Systems (CPPS) of San Francisco as its newest affiliate.

According to a release, the patented ePIPE pipe restoration system rehabilitates failing plumbing systems, in-place, by applying a barrier coating within the pipe. The ePIPE method of pipe repair can prevent a water leak, slab leak, increase water flow, reduce rusty water and prevent the leaching of heavy metals such as lead into the water supply.

A “green alternative” to conventional replacement, the ePIPE system eliminate wall demolition and reconstruction, reduces project timelines, minimizes landfill impact, and prevents the recurrence of corrosion related problems.

Cal Pacific Plumbing Systems has established its plumbing and mechanical business in the commercial/public sector and specializes in school repiping projects.

Robert Lo, owner of CPPS, said: “We were looking for a way to stand out from the crowd, to be more competitive, and to stay on top by offering our clients the best in technology options. When we investigated the patented ePIPE solution, we immediately recognized the tremendous value that ePIPE restoration would bring to our customers – particularly the schools segment.”
